Halifax, MA – January 31, 2020 – Fieldstone Show Park, the premier equestrian show facility in the Northeast, will feature Hunter Breeding classes for young horses and ponies at each show during its six-week 2020 Show Series. Some of the noted Hunter Breeding judges this year include Brian Lenehan, Gary Duffy, Jeff Wirthman, and Jimmy Lee. The Fieldstone Spring Festival, May 6-10 and May 13-17, will host Hunter Breeding classes on Wednesdays May 6 and May 13 in Plantation Ring 3 starting at 9:00 a.m. There are classes for Yearlings, 2-year-olds, and 3 year-olds, for Mares, Colts/Geldings, and Ponies. The Plymouth Rock Hunter Jumper, June 17-21 and June 24-28, will host Hunter Breeding classes on Thursdays June 18 and June 25 in Plantation Ring 3 starting at 10:00 a.m. The same classes will be offered. Click here for schedule. “We are happy to include Hunter Breeding classes as part of our 2020 schedule,” said Fieldstone Show Manager Tom Hern. “Providing our exhibitors with a schedule of classes that is important to them is always a top priority to us.” Fieldstone’s horse shows offer a wide variety of Hunter classes including Hunter Breeding and Hunter Derbies as well as all national and local equitation Medal classes. Series highlights also include three FEI CSI2* competitions and six Grand Prix including four with $50,000 prize money. Also included are the New England Hunter Jumper Association (NEHJA) Finals and Massachusetts Hunter Jumper (MHJ) Medal Finals. The 2020 Fieldstone Show Park Series includes: Fieldstone Spring Festival – May 6-10 and May 13-17; Plymouth Rock Hunter Jumper – June 17-21 and June 24-28; Fieldstone Summer Showcase – August 12-16 and August 18-22 with the Massachusetts Hunter Jumper (MHJ) Finals wrapping up the series on August 23.
